Sam Capra’s career has a CIA agent ended when he was suspected of being involved in the bombing of a CIA building. (yes, that would do it) He’s now working for an even more-secretive organization, one whose goals he’s not entirely sure of. Adrenaline is the first in the series.
There’s a pop music trail further south along the floodway, so I instead went with a popular fiction theme, primarily suspense/thrillers.
