I wanted to make a series to highlight places in Upshur County that people pass every day. So I set about to make a little loop from Sago-Tenmile-Queens-Tallmansville-to Buckhannon. Also I noticed that there are very few caches that are set up for children and adults with disabilities I chose this spot because it is easily accessible to everyone.
The area North and East of the cache was clear cut in the early 80s.The Island Creek Coal Mine Was going to strip the area for its coal. It just goes to show you how the earth can heal itself. The cache is large enough for tradeable items and for smaller trackables.
