Geocache Description:

A canny bison hiding close to its namesake

This cache can be done as a Cache & Dash, or as part of a larger tour if visiting the area to pick up the two local trails in this area.

The Pembroke Road, on which this cache is located, was the route from the current county town of Haverfordwest to the previous centre and namesake of the county. This was often the route that traders would have followed to catch ferry boats over the Cleddau to trade with ships arriving from far and wide.

The caches namesake is sadly now closed.
