Geocache Description:

Enjoying downtown Richmond got permission from the shop owner to place. It is outside it is a micro. BYOP.

I've been holding on to this little piece to place at some point and finally a place that will do it justice. Shop owner is ok with the cache....She'll be watching you with curiosity..! One of the last working red white and blue things from the old days barbershops. This made it worthy for a cache
