This cache will take you on a nice walk around Beaver Pond in Bear Brook State Park. The cache is just off the trail so please use extra care while finding and re-hiding. Happy hunting!
NOTE: Bear Brook charges a fee during the Summer months, but you can approach this cache from Currier Road for free.
2021: This was our very first hide. In 2016, our teenage son had just discovered geocaching. We were camping at Bear Brook and decided to hide one of our own. So we looked around our campsite and found the container, some kind of log, and a few trinkets. I'm truly amazed that this one is still going, and with so many finds. Thanks to the Geocaching community for keeping this one alive!
2024: We finally hiked in for some overdue maintenance. Replaced with an ammo can, a new log, and fresh swag. Hope it lasts another 8 years. Cache on. Hint still stands.
