Cache is located near the end of an old quad road south of CFB Gander / Gander Airport. I've been told there used to be a small community out this way back when they were building the airport. (I forget the name).
Trail is excessible from the old base access road (Washington Avenue. There will be a gate in the corner of the street. You can just park there and walk in.
Another possibility is walking up the brook along the TCH. There is a cache there called "By the Brook", and a small quad path that runs along it's western flank. (There is no parking here except on the side of the highway, which is not ideal.)
From the access at Washington Avenue, it should take you about 30 to 40 minutes one way. It would be a 5 to 10 minute walk from the highway I'd wager.
