Attributes Challenge Mystery Cache

UPDATE 19 October 2020. Originally this challenge required you to find 105 of the 107 attributes (so you needed all of them except the two which are no longer available to add to new caches).
Recently 4 new attributes have been launched, so I now ask for 109 out of 111 in keeping with the spirit of the original challenge. All of the original finders will be allowed to keep their "founds" as they met the criteria as set, but all new finders should meet the new criteria.

This is a challenge cache. The cache is at the listed coordinates but you must complete the requirements below before you can log it as found. If you find it without completing the requirements then feel free to sign it and "Write note" but please don't log it a "Found it" - I will check and delete those that don't qualify.

To qualify for this cache you must have logged "Found it" on caches that have at least 109 of the 111 available attributes. It is possible to do this in the UK, though some will involve traveling a considerable distance - hence the high Difficulty rating.
