Welcome to the beautiful Healing Gardens at the
Department of Radiology at Michigan State University!
The cache is located in the original section of the Radiology Gardens. This is where it all began. It is a quiet place of peace and relaxation.
We were quite surprised this spring to find that two new creatures had moved into this garden. One was a hare. As far as we can tell, he is long gone...very speedy, you know.
Although we can't find him, his running mate is still plodding through. See if you can find this little guy and you will see he is guarding the cache.
While you are here, please walk over to the Radioloy Garden expansion on the East side of the building. Check out the ponds, waterfall and giant koi fish. Don't forget to say hello to Bernie or Bernice, if you see them, and enjoy the serenity of this beautiful garden.
***As always, you will not need to enter any planting bed to retrieve and log a cache. All MSU garden caches are located along grassy or hard scape walks. Please replace the cache as you found it.
***A cache here will NEVER be located in a fake sprinkler, fake plant, or fake light fixture. This cache is placed with the permission of the Healing Gardens staff, but will be removed if it is the cause of any damage. Thanks!! Enjoy your visit!
Parking is available in the East lot. Payment is cash or check only at the booth. Parking fees apply M-F from 8AM to 6PM. Parking is free after 6 and on weekends. Parking is not available on home football game days.
