The cache is located in one of the Islands of El Nido Philippines, the Cadlao Island. It is also the largest and closest one to El Nido town proper.
Getting to Cadlao Island:
OPTION 1: One option is if you stay in the wonderful area of El Nido, you can visit this island by renting a boat which will take about approximately 15-20 minutes boat ride.
OPTION 2: My recommended option is by taking the TAO Expedition from El Nido to Coron or Coron to El Nido since there will also be a cache waiting for you in Coron =). If you take the Tao Expedition from El Nido to Coron which is 5/7 days expedition, your first night/base camp will be in Cadlao Island in which you can visit the cache during your free time (dont worry there are lots of free time), then if you take the Coron to El Nido route then your last night/base camp will be in Cadlao Island. Better to ask also your expedition leader on your expedition route.
Getting the Cache:
If you take the OPTION 1: you can just direct the boatman near the area where the cache is hidden but of course do not let yourself be seen by the boatman or be obvious while looking for the cache. The area has a wonderful long sandy beach so better to enjoy it! =)
If you take the OPTION 2: from Tao Cadlao Basecamp, you can do a morning walk/run or by kayak going to the cache and to see the sunrise! the cache area is a good spot for a very wonderful sunrise viewing =)
