B= 3rd digit of the year Edward Young built Memphis first brick structure.

C= Number of letters in the name of the bayou mentioned.

D= Number of persons mentioned by name

E= Number of letters in the last name of the person associated with this bluff.

F= Number of letters in the name of the avenue that the town landing moved south to.

The final is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the posted coords, depending upon the route taken. It is possible to park about a minute's walk from the final. Considered posting parking coords, but, in the end, we felt that might just be too much of a spoiler.
