I saw this location in my travels and it is only a km or two from my home.
When I saw it I thought what a great place for a cache, but I knew I would need the home owners permission.
So I introduced myself and asked for and was granted permision to place the cache on their property.
Please note the cache is in the Free Library near the sidewalk so no need to venture further than that onto the property.
Tracy and her husband are excited to watch geocachers to come look for it, so if you are approached, don't worry they will be happy to see you and will greet you.
What is intersting too is that Tracy and her husband has tried geocaching and have friends that geocache and their friends recently celebrated their 1000th find, and I know who they are and have met them a few times. It will be intersting how long it will take them to put two and two together lol.
