Geocache Description:

A circular series of fifteen caches placed along 3 miles of rural lanes, bridlepaths, footpaths and a leafy residential street. We live in a beautiful place and want to share some of our favourite running and walking routes with others who might not otherwise know of them. The route crosses a couple of fast roads so please take care. Suggested parking for the series is given in Kermit’s Quest 1.

The cache is located in Fryern Dell, the former pleasure grounds of the now demolished Fryern Hall. Storrington Conservation Society now manage what is left of the pleasure grounds and the spot that the cache is located in is close to an area of the Dell that is used by schools and scouting groups for woodland-based activities.

You are looking for a small, disguised cache and may need tweezers to extract the log
