Not sure where the name came from but this bridge is a pretty one. Parking is on the North side of the bridge on a County Road.
This cache is one of 25 in the 2016 Grant County Cachers Geocoin Kick Off Event (GC6GFMV). This year's theme is "Bridges of Grant County". While not all of the qualifying caches will be on or near a bridge, the scenic route will take you across several bridges over multiple creeks and forks of the John Day River. We wanted to take time to enjoy the beauty and variety of this important piece of infrastructure, especially as some of them are showing their age. How far could we travel without bridges?
