We held this event last year with great success and so we are doing it again! I will once again be travelling to my family cabin near Park Rapids and want to meet up with other cachers for visiting and exchanging stories and trackables! Last year we met for coffee in the early morning so this year we will meet in the later afternoon for pop and cold drinks!
The idea for this event started last year by November Ghost and wrenberlin in hopes to make more caching friends and meet new people from all over. Park Rapids seems to be a hot spot for tourists and travelers (plus a large local caching population) and an event seems only fitting. It will be held in the park at posted coords so plenty of parking and space for us to meet and greet. You may want to bring a chair to sit on for the long winded conversations that are bound to ensue! Please bring trackables to trade or discover and any stories you may have that are awesome to share! We will start the event at 4pm and end around 6pm (or so) and all types of cachers and friends are welcome. We are pet friendly and encourage all geo-pooches to come!
