Welcome to the Pennsylvania State Game Lands. There are over 1.492,861 acres to explore in this beautiful state. This series is simply to get you out and enjoy short leisure hikes in seven separate SGLs.
SGL 108 consists of 23085 acres. One of the largest if not the largest game lands in this area. THIS ONE really became my favorite location of the traditionals when I reached GZ. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy a estimated 1 mile round trip hike from listed parking. Very slight field Bushwhacking involved. A enjoyable hike along a SGL road. PLEASE observe all state game land rules and wear orange during hunting seasons. BYOP! See hint if you need a spoiler.
There are seven traditional geocaches placed and one mystery type cache as the final. Traditionals are small camo tape covered cylinder shaped containers.Roughly 6 inches tall and 3 inches diameter. Final mystery cache is a 50 cal ammo can.
The poker game is Seven Card Stud! Find all seven traditionals and record the card that is in each. You will then enter your "Winning Hand"(only five of the cards) into a Certitude Checker which can be found with all details on the GameLands PokerRun Final page. GC
