In 2008, Weaverham Trust and Weaverham History Society worked in partnership with the local council to provide a guide to some of the distinctive buildings of earlier times. Nationally Listed Buildings were marked with a distinctive 'blue plaque' which provides information about their history & character. All the buildings on this wander around Weaverham are Listed Grade II, with the exception of St Mary's Church which is Listed Grade I.

The route is circular, about 1.5 miles long and can be completed in under an hour; suggested parking is at St Mary's church.
