A small pot with some swaps and a pen hidden near a fantastic viewpoint at the side of the old road. My dad loves the view here and used to enjoy cycling up here until the road was closed.
The road used to be well used until there was a landslip closed the road further on. Now hardly anyone comes up here, making it a nice peaceful spot.
From the viewpoint you can see Froggatt and Curbar edges, aswell as the hunting tower and Chatsworth House. There are also lots of footpaths around so you can have a nice walk.
Please replace the cache as found and well hidden, and remember if you trade leave something of equal or greater value. Try to cover up the cachers trail so it isn't too obvious for muggles and too easy for cachers. Muggles shouldn't be an issue here but there is a house through the trees so please on't make too much noise, and don't attempt it at nigt so you don't disturb the residents, but also so you can enjoy the views.
