The FEMA camps theory refers to the theory that the U.S Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is planning to imprison US citizens in concentration camps following the imposition of martial law in the United States after a major disaster or crisis. In some versions of the theory, only suspected dissidents will be imprisoned. In more extreme versions, large numbers of US citizens will be imprisoned for the purposes of extermination as a New World Order is established. The FEMA camps conspiracy theory has existed since the 1980s but it has picked up greatly in popularity since the late 2000s. (https://goo.gl/d915jL)
In 2013 there was a YouTube video featuring a conspiracy theorist driving around the Fed-Ex terminal across the street explaining why this location "will probably be a FEMA camp" due to the electrified fence and barbed wire around the perimeter. This became more of a verification / mystery of the fact when the video just disappeared from YouTube. There was so much talk about the event that a local radio station did a little investigative reporting and ran a story explaining that there IS NO FEMA camp. (http://goo.gl/Rk7T1B). As with most conspiracy theories the story lingers on to this day.
The cache is on the right away of the roadway "for now" if you believe the conspiracy theory. The micro is small so you may need a retrieval tool if the log was not replaced with care. As always watch out for the black helicopters and the men with dark sunglasses in the black, unmarked SUV's, which would be the OFFICIAL governmental muggles - I guess.
