Chadwick lost power for an entire afternoon... the kids had no TV, no tablets, phones... oh! The horror! So, we made a cache, wrapped it in black tape, took a trek to a little Creek we found and then ended up playing in. Warm, sandy, refreshing. Placing this cache was a lot more fun than an afternoon in the air conditioning and TV ... thanks to GeoCaching and the spirit of exploration!
Cache is near the bridge but not attached to it. This cache is the result of not having electricity, and an excellent reminder of the importance of spending time outdoors having healthy fun for the kids. Note: The original container was lost to flooding so the new container is no longer black.
