The wife was showing me where this was and I thought that it needed a cache.
Cache is to the northeast of the coordinates, this was the closest i could get, if anyone could get better coordinates feel free to message me them. You do not need to worry about too many muggles in this area.
You are looking for a cylindrical container covered in black tape.
