Geocache Description:

MUGGLE ALERT! This cache has been muggled three times so please look around park before finding cache to ensure it is safe to do so. Thank you. Mrs. Cleo found this site while on one of her many walks and brought me to it to explore. We both thought that this would be a good site for hiding our first geo-cache. This Welcome Park was created by Ken and Marion over the course of three decades, originally for their children, but now for the public to enjoy.

There is a network of paths to the cache site and depending on your approach some paths may require you to be more nimble than others. You are looking for a small size container. Be aware that the nearby day care centre often bring their children here, and the the local high school kids often hang out here during their lunch hour. If you enjoyed this little park then take a stroll down the paved alley across the street, (note red fire hydrant) and let your geo-senses guide you to the birthplace of the features found in the park. There is so much more to see! Visitors (children and well behaved adults) are welcome to stroll around. Take a moment to visit the park's creators. Co-ordinates not provided by request - if you cannot find this second site then perhaps you should turn in your GPS!
