An easy multicache. Just visit the start, and the 3 additional waypoints to gather information for GZ, not far away.
Rose Cottage is located 14km from the centre of Canberra. It comprises of two pisé (rammed earth) constructed buildings with interior and exterior walls both rendered and painted. The estate also comprises of a modern house, two dams, shearing shed and yards, shearers' quarters, nursery and hay shed. Rose Cottage was originally a part of Tuggeranong Station. Richard Harris (1830-1904) built the two, now heritage listed cottages of pisé. The property then known as Sweet Hills Estate, stretched for 2000 acres, but now the remaining property is less than 10 acres. Please note, there is no need to enter the Rose Cottage estate to obtain the answers. At the posted coordinates, according to the sign, Rose cottage was established in 18YZ. B = Y+1. C = the number of pipes under the stone wall, behind the sign. Now visit the remaining waypoints, answer the questions, and then the cache can be found at: S35° 24.ABC' E149° 08.DEF'
