MI MAR ERA AZUL...
Cuando era pequeña, salvo en los días de Levante, mi Mar Menor era de agua cristalina, tan limpia, que hasta los caballitos de mar llenaban de belleza las aguas. Entonces me encantaba la playa: playa de castillos de arena, de conchas, de aprender a nadar con papá, de hermanos y amigos...
When I was a child , except in the easterly wind days, my Mar Menor was so crystal clear water that even seahorses filled with beauty the sea. Then I loved the beach: the beach of sandcastles, of shells, of learning to swim with daddy, of sibblings and friends.
Crecí, y la playa ya no me atraía. Cuando venían a buscarme los amigos, al terminar las tareas de la mañana, no entendía por qué bajar al mediodía, a pasar calor, llenarse de arena, pelear por encontrar un hueco libre, siempre tan lejos de la orilla, que te obligaba a quemarte los pies. Pero, finalmente, cuando entrábamos al agua y llegábamos a la línea azul, donde apenas hacía pie con las puntas de los dedos, el descanso era total. Y podíamos charlar horas...
I grew up, and the beach wasn't so attractive for me any more. When my friends came to pick me up, after the morning house/homework, I didn't understand why going down to the beach at midday was so necessary, to feel hot, cover our bodies in sand, fight for a spare place to be... too far from the seaside that we always burnt our feet. But when we finally entered the water and reached the blue line, where I hardly touched the seabed with my toes, the rest was complete. And we could talk for hours.
Años después, los amigos se fueron y el atractivo del mar se diluía. Quizá porque uno deja de valorar los tesoros que puede disfrutar siempre. Quizá porque los caballitos de mar desaparecieron, y llegaron las medusas. Simplemente, prefería quedarme a la sombra del jardín y disfrutar de la brisa fresca del monte.
Years later, my friends went away and the attraction for the sea was less and less thin. Maybe because you usually stop valuing treasures you have everyday. Maybe because the seahorses disappeared and the jellyfish came to settle. I simply prefered to stay under the shades of my garden and enjoy the fresh mountain breeze.
El tiempo pasó. Llegaron las hijas. La visita al mar se hacía obligada y aún menos atractiva desde el fresco del ventilador. Ahora había que buscar un hueco sin piedras ni algas para entrar, niña en brazos. Y caminar más y más para conseguir que apenas te cubriera un poco. Pero luego, los juegos de agua, enseñarles a nadar y saltar desde los hombros; y los juegos en la arena, para enseñarles a hacer castillos, y las risas... compensaban en calor, la arena, la sal, las algas y las medusas.
Time went by. Children came. Visiting the beach became a compulsory activity... so less interesting from my seat next to the fan. Now I had to find a way with no stones or seaweeds to enter water, carrying with the girl. And walking more and more... and more... to get my body is just a bit into water. But then... the family games in water, teaching them how to swim, jumping from the shoulders; and teaching the how to make the sandcastles... the laughing... All the hot, the sand and the salt, the seaweed and the jellyfish were worth it just for these special moments.
Finalmente, llegó la necesidad del agua caliente, en este spa natural que nos regala la madre Tierra; estas aguas desde siempre medicinales por el yodo, el magnesio y tantos componentes maravillosos que alivian dolores. Cambiamos las horas de aglomeración por las de absoluta calma, en donde muchos días estaba sola en el agua o incluso en la playa. Redescubrí este tesoro que tantos beneficios me produce y cada tarde, a las tres, buscaba la sombra de mi palmera... Un chapuzón y a comer fresca.
Finally, necessity of warm water came, in this natural spa given by Nature; this medicinal water since ever, thanks to the iodine, magnesium and so many wonderful minerals to soothe the pain. We exchanged the overcrowding hours for the calm hours. Some days we were alone into water or even in all the beach long. I rediscovered this treasure with so benignant for me, and every afternoon at three, I came to look for the shade of my palm. Then, a dip and having lunch so fresh.
Hoy, el agua que fue azul es verde. Los vertidos han llenado de algas el mar, las medusas no dan a basto para limpiar. ¿Dónde quedan los caballitos, las estrellas de mar, el agua transparente, las arenas limpias? ¿iDónde, las medidas que debían proteger este espacio natural, único en el mundo!?
Today, that blue water has become green. Waste fill the sea with more seaweeds and jellyfish can hardly clean it. Where are the seahorses, the starfish, the crystal water, the clean sand? Where the actions to keep clean and protect this natural habitat, unique in the world?
Me siento impotente a la sombra de mi palmera, fiel en su servicio. Ahora sólo puedo mirar mi mar... y recordar cuando era azul.
I feel impotent, under the shade of my palm, true to its service. I just can see the seaside... and remember when it was blue.

EL CACHÉ
a) En las coordenadas iniciales, ¡busca a media altura! Encontrarás una G. Mira debajo y ahí temdrás las instrucciones: son 2 proyecciones, que te llevarán a la segunda y tercera etapa.
b) El caché en las coordenadas finales es pequeño y mimetizado. Contiene lápiz y pequeñas cosas para intercambio. Hemos creado el contendedor con mucho mimo. ¡Ayúdanos a que aguante lo más posible! Busca la ranura por donde abrirlo, y tira de ahí. Al cerrarlo, fíjate de que todas las esquinas hayan cerrado bien. Y luego, intenta dejar todo como lo has encontrado, para que no sea expoliado, ya que la zona es muy transitada.
THE CACHE
a) In the initial coordinates, look at medium height!! You'll find a G. Look dowm and you will find the instructions: 2 projections that will take you to the second and third stages.
b) The cache in the final stage is small and mimetic. It has a pencil and some exchangeable things. We made this container with loving care. Please, help us keep it safe as much as possible! Look for the slot to open it and then pull. To close it, pay attention to close every corner (until you listen to a 'click'). And put everything around as you found it, so that it will be safe from muggles, as the zone is highly frequent.
