Geocache Description:

The trail along Granite Creek affords greats views of the steep sides of Mt. Juneau and the creek itself. This cache is placed just after the trail turns a corner. You are looking for a pill bottle with camo tape. BYOP.

The Granite Creek Trail is a spur trail off Perseverance Trail. Coordinates for the turn will be added, but there is also a sign just past a bridge. The Granite Creek Trial is mostly single track, unlike Perseverance. Copious amounts of salmon berries are found along the trail (bears like them too), especially during July.

After finding the cache, keep hiking the trail! It goes by a beautiful pond and into an alpine valley.

FTF Honors! It goes to AlaskanShade!
