You are looking for a magnetic micro container. You can even find it in stormy weather if you'd like as you are under cover. You may need to stand on your tippy toes to find the cache. This is a high traffic muggle area at different times of the year. Be sure to take time to enjoy the location for a rest. Easy park and go. Be sure to put the cache back in the same location. BYOP.
