Dies ist der Erste aus einer Reihe von Caches zwischen Islek und Bekov, mitten in der Südeifel. Kleiner Tradi-drive-in mit historischem Hintergrund.

This is the first cache of a series between Islek and Bekov, in the middle of the South Eifel. It`s a Small tradi- drive-in with historical background.

Das kleine Häusschen mitten im Ort, an der Dorfstraße gelegen ist das ehemaligen Dorfbackhauses der Gemeinde. Vor 25 Jahren stand es kurz vor dem Verfall und wurde nur noch als Unterstand genutzt. Der eigentliche Sinn des alten Gemäuers hatte nach und nach an Relevanz verloren. Nach einem Besitzerwechsel kam es in liebevolle Hände und wurde mit viel Mühe und Affinität zum Detail zum 5 Sterne Ferienhaus umgebaut. Heute steht der alte Steinbackofen wieder im Zentrum eines Besuches des alten Backhauses! Der Chache liegt auf einem Privatgrundstück und ist gut von der Straßenseite erreichbar. Auf Dächer, Mauern, oder Bäume klettern ist nicht erforderlich. Bitte respektiert die Privatsphäre der Feriengäste. Viel Spaß beim suchen!

The small house located in the middle of the village at the “Dorfstraße” is the former village bakehouse of the municipality. 25 years ago it was about to expire and was only used as a shelter. The real purpose of the old building had gradually lost its relevance . After a change of ownership occurred in loving hands and became a 5 stars cottage with a lot of effort and affinity to detail. Today the old stone oven is again the center of a visit of the old bakehouse! The Chache is on private land and is easily accessible from the street. Climbing on roofs , walls or trees is not necessary . Please respect the privacy of the holiday guests . Have fun while searching!
