This lane connects Radway Lane to the Sidmouth Road via a stream bed. This stream rises on Mutters Moor and is the feeder for the stream (or river as the EA classify it) that runs through Otterton. It reacts very quickly to the weather which means that in dry times there is little or no flow and in wet weather it can flow very quickly.
The cache is close to the stream end of the lane and is about 5 paces to the north of the waymarker post. There are several trees with trunks curving out from the bank on the LHS (West).
