You will ned to go to stage 1 and find a plaque on the side of a building. Once you locate you will see that there are 12 numbers on the bottom. Take each number from left to right then top to bottom and assign them letters from A-L. Once you do that you will need to do some basic elementery math and solve following equations:
30 (F-G)(K-A).(G-D)(L-C)(C-D)
-95 (A+D)(L+C).(H+E)(I+E)(L-I-E)
Once you solve for that, then you will find a peanut butter container with room for small swag and trackables.
