This is for those that love the Delorme Challenges but do not have a high clearance vehicle to travel on the dirt roads for several miles. It is along a dirt road south of Malta, Montana. You will still have to travel exactly nine miles on a dirt road, two miles into grid 46.
Grid 46 is listed in the 8th Edition of the atlas, 2011 Edition. It is also Grid 75 in the earlier Edition of the atlas.
You are looking for a 35mm film canister wrapped in camo tape attached to one of the branches of the tree. There is no need to go down the hill or in the tall grass. You should be able to reach it from the edge of the road.
