**Please note: The original ammo can has been muggled. Cache has been replaced. It is no longer an ammo can, but still a regular-sized cache. There is also now a special marking pencil (in lieu of the punch) to check this location off of your card.**
King's Park - Ballroom and Pool
In 1917 one of Norfolk’s more prominent entertainment spots was established. King’s Ballroom was built by Harry King who left Iowa with orders to “Go West til you find an area that feels special and build a ballroom.” Norfolk felt magical to him so his quest had ended. He built a ballroom, swimming pool and in the early 1920’s an amusement park complete with a rare for the times roller coaster to entertain Norfolkans for the next 70 years. The ballroom was destroyed by fire shortly after being built. It was rebuilt only to be destroyed by flood in 1944. King’s Ballroom was once again rebuilt but the fire in 1986 marked the end of the King’s Ballroom.
The posted coordinates will bring you to the former site of King's Ballroom. There you will see a blue and red sign for two local businesses. On the red portion, you will find a 10-digit phone number. Treat this phone number as ABCDEFGHIJ. Solve below to find the final location of this cache.
