The listed coordinates are bogus, merely placing you at a good starting point to enter the vicinity of the cache.
This cache is a rebirth of one of my favourite Mystery caches which was archived in 2016.
The original, Ooh, you are nautical - but I like you! was hidden by me on 10 Jan 2010, and had only 54 finds in 6 years with 12 members giving it a favourite point. The final hide has been improved.
