We didn't see any red lights around this location, but this cache is in honor of the now-archived puzzle “Red Light District” (GCZJQ8). Once you figured out the key and figured out whether the fourth figure was dancing or not, you ended up at these coordinates. The cache is right where it was when the puzzle brought you here – or so we've been told. By the time we entered the game and solved the puzzle, the cache was missing. The coordinates are no more or less precise than they were for the puzzle.
We think this is a great place to hide a cache, so we bring you here with the permission of Lotus, the puzzle's creator. Look the puzzle up sometime to see if you can figure out how it was solved. Lotus has some other puzzles that are still in the game for now, so look for them if you have a chance.
(updated January 4, 2016) The cache is a small round bowl that replaces a sandwich-sized container taken from the location that was a tight fit. A retrieval tool isn't absolutely necessary but could really help out. Remember to conceal the container with leaves and other available cover so this one will survive.
Congratulations to luisyopr and lulusoy for sharing FTF -- and for finding the cache within 30 minutes of it being published!
