This is the very first cache placed by three little geocachers (7, 4 &4) and two slightly bigger geocachers. This site is close to some houses so please make sure you respect the residents.
The area is lovely for dog walkers and walkers alike. I grew up around this area and took many walks around here with my mum and dog. It's lovely to take a picnic as long as you don't mind horses being around!!
The area where the cache is hidden isn't overly difficult but can be muddy if wet and there may be some bushwacking needed. There are some swappables in the box which were left by the three little geocachers. There is car parking on the gravel track but it's a nice walk from the local car park in Blackfield (behind the Brtish Legion).
The cache is placed in accordance with the GAGB New Forest guidelines. Please note there is no night caching allowed in the New Forest.
