This cache is dedicated to Phos4s (Bob) a friend and fellow cacher in Md. The cache container was a parting gift on the day that we moved from Md. to SC however rules prohibited us from using that container so now your looking for a lock and lock container. Phos4s has placed many caches in Carroll County Md. for all to enjoy, although his puzzle caches were often challenging for us to figure out, he is always willing to give hints nudges and shoves to help solve his puzzles.
This cache is under a tree just off of the grass. There is plenty of parking, this is a public area, not private property. After finding the cache enjoy the view across the marshes and river.
Moved from original location a few feet after storm up rooted the tree it was under.
