How Can fire and water mix?
When you heat up water to boiling it creates water vapor or steam.
When you add water to fire it usually dampens it out quickly
with the resulting water heating very rapidly to boiling point,
then turning to hot steam.
Whether one can mix fire and water, is another question.
It's doubtful that they can peacefully co-exist in a stable
state without cancelling each other out, but one never knows.
