This is a small chapel carved into the side of the mountain by a monk who wanted to live in seclusion. To get here there are two options. Either take the slightly longer hike that starts in the village of Decontra. It is about a 45 minute hike to the chapel and you get an amazing view of the place once your able to spot it in the valley. Or you can drive past the village of Roccamorice and follow signs for Eremo san Bartolomeo and take a shorter hike. Both paths are well-signed and easy to find.
