Geocache Description:

Should be a quick park and grab in an area that isn't too muggle heavy.

For those of you older than 15 you may recognize the building nearby as an old Blockbuster Video. Blockbuster opened in 1985 in Texas. At its peak in 2004, Blockbuster consisted of nearly 60,000 employees and over 9,000 stores. Today there are either 50 locations left according to Blockbuster’s website, mostly in Alaska and Texas, however, Wikipedia states there are only 15 left as of July 2016. Netflix and Redbox have changed how we consume our movies, makes you wonder how it will change over the next 20 years.

The folks in Remax know the cache is out there, you shouldn't need their help but maybe wave hello. One of their daughter's is a geocacher as well.
