Was a puzzle cache - now a traditional.
I recently discovered Triton Park, which is also known as the Alexander Road Play Area, and thought it deserved a cache. Tucked away on Mount Victoria, it has great views across Evan's Bay and the airport, and to the Rimutakas in the distance. Bring the kids - they can play on the park equipment as well as hunt for the cache. I tried to discover the origin of the name, but without luck. (I doubt it has anything to do with Triton Hearing Aides!) So if you know, please let me know or mention it in your log. The cache will hold small items and trackables. At the time of placing, it contained a log book only, so BYO writing implement. *** Please ensure everything is left EXACTLY as you found it. And watch out for junior muggles!***
