La chiesina dei morti della peste è una delle chiese più importanti nella storia di Azzano, chiesa costruita prima del 1630, non si sa precisamente quando però. Questa chiesa era dedicata a tutti coloro che erano stati contagiati dalla peste nel '600, ma anche dopo il periodo dell'epidemia questa chiesina è rimasta nei cuori degli azzanesi, che di loro spontanea volontà hanno deciso di ristrutturarla con le loro mani. Questa piccola chiesa è stata dedicata a Sant'Anna.
