MainePublisher: All geocache placements must have a responsive owner. The cache owner must be able to respond to issues that come up and to submit an "owner maintenance" log to remove the "needs maintenance" icon.

In this case, Groundspeak has sent an email to the cache owner with no response. The cache owner did not respond to any of the cachers hoping to find the cache and did not respond to the reviewer note so the cache is now archived.

The cache location is now open for any Geocacher to place a new cache, including the original cache owner.

Geocache Description:

The town that I hid this in is one of my favorite towns because of the history and the views!! I always go here because it's so nice and small! It feels like your in a valley! The cache is on the stone bridge! In the container there is a TB and some Sunday river stickers!! the geocache is a 4 terrain in the winter and spring. in the spring you might have to go in the water to get it because the whole ground under the bridge is flooded! if you find it in the fall or summer it is a 2 terrain and should be easy to access. Have fun and cache on!! Congratulations to ajcdlc4 for FTF!
