This cache is being placed in conjunction with the 16th Annual Kansas City Area Picnic.
What started as a small group of 39 people 16 years ago has now grown to a gathering of several hundred people as the Kansas City Area geocachers get together every year for a day of fun and fellowship. This cache is being placed to commemorate this years picnic.
