Geocache Description:

A CITO event to remove a row of fencing across the Horsbere Reserve.

This is a short and simple CITO event set up in conjunction with the Ranger.

Friday 2nd September 10am until noon

There is a row of post-and-wire fencing across the mound

It was erected to stop the contractors running their machines into the pylons or overhead cables and electrocuting themselves.

Now that work is finished the fence can go. It should lift out quite easily as it was never concreted in. However there is barbed wire stretched between so it will need care especially with children.

Those who have helped to re-seed the area may like to return for another activity helping to make this a better place for all .
