Neat Seat Multi-Cache

I discovered this 'neat seat' while walking around my neighborhood a few months back, and decided to hide a simple Multi-Cache to show others.

At the posted GZ, you will find a host that resembles the title of the cache.  No need to enter private property to retrieve all the needed info.  You will count some things, and use those values to find the final coordinates.

Your final coordinates will be in the form:
N 41° 53.AAA W 087° 48.BCE

A = Total number of visible tallons from the front

B = (number of animals) + 3

C = Number of trees used to make the host

D = (number of red items in a pile)

E = D²

It's just a short walk or drive to the final.
