Geocache Description:

Number 5 is alive! It almost got buried when the new library was built, but a slight change in container enabled it to right back into service. Just a few dozen yards off highway 13.

Philbert Phlamingo, desk clerk at nearby Mingo Manor TB Hotel & Mega Resort GC543V7 (Indiana's largest cache container) decided his home town was lacking in caches. So he has set out to right the wrong. Being a bird of simple mind he didn't make it too tough. As the rest of us would say, a quick park and grab. For Philbert it would be a land and snatch. The container is too small for trackables.
