Wortman Cabin Mystery Cache

The starting coordinates will take you to the Wortman cabin.  There is NO container at this stage.  Once you get there, you'll see two signs physically on the cabin.  Using those signs, solve the puzzle to locate the final. The final has the ability to be a bit muggly at times, so please take the safety of the cache in mind when looking for the final.

Use the sign to the left of the door to solve the North Coordinates:

N 41 A.BCB

A = Number of times the letter "Q" appears on this sign

B = Number of times the letter "Z" appears on this sign

C = Number of times the letter "R" appears on this sign

Use the sign to the right of the door to solve the West Coordinates:

W 095 DE.FGH

D = The word in the lower right corner of the sign is an acronym.  How many letters does this acronym have?

E = What is the third digit in the date shown in the middle of the sign?

F = The first line on the sign has how many words?

G = The sign has two names on it, and they both have the same last name.  How many letters in their last name?

H = The word that comes before "chapter" has how many letters in it?
