Opis miejsca:

Piękny las na terenie, którego znajdują się dwa rezerwaty przyrody "Balczewo" i "Rejna". Rezerwat "Balczewo", to faunistyczny rezerwat przyrody, zajmujący powierzchnię 24,40 ha. Został on utworzony w 1963 roku w celu zachowania siedlisk ptactwa błotnego i wodnego. Rezerwat "Rejna", to florystyczny rezerwat przyrody o powierzchni 5,80 ha. Został utworzony w 1962 roku w celu zachowania naturalnego stanowiska wiśni karłowatej. Spośród innych roślin chronionych należy wymienić dziewięćsił bezłodygowy, kokoryczkę wonną oraz przytulinę północną. Las Balczewski stanowi obszar chronionego krajobrazu jako borowy kompleks leśny porastający wydmy i pola wydmowe oraz uroczy zakątek leśny w pobliżu leśniczówki Balczewo. Miejsca te są od wielu lat celem wycieczek dla licznych miłośników przyrody. Dla nich przy głównych traktach usytuowano parkingi, ławki, itp. Na terenie kompleksu leśnego znajduje się ścieżka przyrodniczo-leśna "Balczewo-Rejna", utworzona w 2005 roku z myślą o przyjemnym i pożytecznym spędzeniu czasu przez coraz liczniejsze grono odwiedzających te wspaniałe ostępy leśne. Pozwala ona lepiej poznać cele i funkcje lasu oraz daje możliwość wypoczynku i relaksu. Rozpoczyna się przy leśniczówce Balczewo, a kolejnymi przystankami są m.in.: zrąb, cis pospolity - gatunek drzewa, które jako pierwsze w historii Polski zostało objęte ochroną gatunkową, rezerwat przyrody itd.

Opis pojazdu:

U-wing był jednym z ostatnich modeli stworzonych przez Incom Corporation nim firma została znacjonalizowana przez Imperium. Stało się to nim UT-60D miał wejść do masowej produkcji. Incom stworzył również cywilną wersję tej maszyny o nazwie BT-45D, która była pozbawiona hipernapędu oraz arsenału. Wspierający Sojusz Rebeliantów senator Bail Organa tak zmanipulował protokoły Senatu, że jedna z dostaw U-wingów, która zaginęła podczas transportu została odnotowana jako znaleziona przez rebeliantów. Gdy w 0 BBY dowództwo Sojuszu Rebeliantów zatwierdziło Operację Przełom, która miała na celu sprowadzenie na Yavin 4 Galena Erso, który był głównym naukowcem odpowiedzialnym za program zbrojeniowy Imperium, na pokładzie jednego z U-wingów Cassian Andor, Jyn Erso i K-2SO ruszyli na Jedhę, by odnaleźć imperialnego dezertera Bodhiego Rooka, którego Galen Erso wysłał do Sawa Gerrery. Udało im się zabrać Rooka oraz Chirruta Îmwe i Baze'a Malbusa. Uciekli oni w ostatniej chwili przed zagładą, gdy Jedha City zostało zniszczone przez siłę jednego reaktora Gwiazdy Śmierci. Polecieli oni na Eadu, gdzie znajdowały się laboratoria Inicjatywy Tarkina. Właśnie tam przebywał Galen Erso. Podczas podchodzenia do lądowania UT-60D rebeliantów zahaczył o wysokie skały planety i rozbił się. Uszkodzenia były na tyle poważne, iż maszyna nie nadawała się już do lotu. Podczas bitwy o Scarif jeden z U-wingów zdołał prześlizgnąć się przez osłonę globu i dokonać desantu z posiłkami dla żołnierzy z ekipy Łotr 1. W czasie batalii ta maszyna krążyła również nad AT-ACT. Jedna z tych maszyn kroczących została powalona dzięki Bistanowi, który zamontował w U-wingu ciężki blaster jonowy i ostrzelał z niego nogi imperialnego pojazdu.

Beautiful forest in which there are two nature reserves "Balczewo" and "Rejna"."Balczewo" is the faunistic nature reserve, covering an area of 24,40 ha. It was created in 1963 in order to protect the habitats of mud and water birds. "Rejna", is floristic nature reserve with an area of 5,80 ha. It was created in 1962 in order to protect the natural position of the dwarf cherries. There are also other protected plants such as: Dwarf carline thistle, angular Solomon's seal and Galium. Balczewo Forest is a protected landscape area with nature-forest path called "Balczewo-Rejna", which was created in 2005 for pleasant and useful spending time. It allows you to better understand the objectives and functions of the forest and gives you the opportunity to rest and relax.

Ship description:

The UT-60D was one of the last to be produced by Incom Corporation before it was nationalized by the Galactic Empire. Due to this, the U-wing never enjoyed a full production run. A "lost" shipment of U-wings ended up in the hand of the Rebel Alliance after the careful manipulation of Senate records by Bail Organa. The rarity of the craft made them all the more valuable to the Rebel cause.

Around 0 BBY, the U-wing Bravo One took part in the extraction of Jyn Erso from a labor camp on the planet of Wobani. Bravo One, piloted by the former Imperial security droid K-2SO, experienced technical difficulties and was unable to jump to hyperspace after the successful liberation of Erso by Extraction Team Bravo. The U-wing then sought refuge in an asteroid belt in the Wobani system to conduct repairs and request assistance from the Alliance fleet. The X-wing starfighter squadron Red Flight came to Bravo One's assistance and attempted to escort it to the CR90 corvette Vigilant. The rendezvous was interrupted by the arrival of an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer and the destruction of the Vigilant. Bravo One was then caught in the Star Destroyer's tractor beam and subsequently freed by Red Flight's assault on the Imperial starship. With repairs complete, Bravo One and Red Flight leapt to hyperspace to rejoin the Alliance Fleet. Bravo One returned to Base One on Yavin 4 to deliver Erso to Mon Mothma and General Davits Draven.

Shortly after, Jyn Erso, Captain Cassian Andor, and K-2SO set off from Yavin 4 aboard a U-wing bound for the moon Jedha. After a fight with Imperial stormtroopers and capture by Saw Gerrera's Partisans, the U-wing-piloted by K-2SO-extracted Erso and Andor as well as the pilot Bodhi Rook and former Guardians of the Whills Baze Malbus and Chirrut Îmwe from Gerrera's hidden base. Simultaneously, the Death Star conducted a test firing of the battlestation's superlaser against Jedha City creating a wall of rubble that the U-wing was forced to outrun. The U-wing was able to leap to hyperspace from atmosphere after almost near destruction by falling debris.

The group then headed aboard the U-wing to the planet Eadu in an attempt to rescue-or in Andor's case kill-the Imperial scientist Galen Erso. The U-wing quickly encountered huge rock pillars and heavy rain on its' approach to the Flight Station where Galen Erso was stationed. The U-wing's course remained steady until one of the right engines hit a rock pillar resulting the the ship's plummet to the planet's surface. The U-wing was eventually abandoned as Andor then the rest of the passengers left the damaged craft to continue their mission.

The U-wings of Blue Squadron as well as the rest of Base One's starfighters were scrambled soon after the Rebel Alliance learned of the "Rogue One" squad's infiltration of the Citadel Tower on Scarif. Blue Squadron emerged from hyperspace along with the Alliance Fleet led by Admiral Raddus and headed toward the Shield Gate. At least one U-wing made it through with an escort of X-wings made it past the shield. A U-wing piloted by Laren Joma and Taslet Colb provided air cover for Rebel forces already on the ground. The U-wing's door gunner, Bistan, Unleashed a volley of laser fire upon an AT-ACT disabling it. The U-wing then descend to the surface delivering ground reinforcements to the battered Rebel units. Eventually, the Imperial air defenses proved to much and the U-wing was shot down resulting in the death of all who remained aboard. The Rebel's overall mission was a success however as the Death Star's plans were captured by the Rebellion.
