I was originally planning to place this cache on the KST between the Kuliouou East and West trails. Parked the car, sun was out, gazed up at the ridge and the whole ridgeline was visible. Thought to myself this is a good day to go up. Well, it is the Koolau's... Started hiking up the west side. All was good. But it started to get a little bit more cloudy and a little more cloudy and a little more cloudy... By the time I reached fruit, it was mostly white and raining pretty hard. Well it is the Koolau's... Decided this was not a good day to head up to the top. So I turned around and found another place along the west trail.
