About a ten minute pleasant walk on good path except for last few metres to the site of the Nethercroy Mansion, in Victorian times the estate had a walled garden and a large stable block some bits of which still remain slightly South East of the GZ. However the cache is hidden at the remains of the ice house which sat slightly East of the mansion.
The walk from parking was the driveway of the house and as you turn South away from the canal you will see the tree lined avenue quite clearly that led to the house.
