WNY GIFF Weekend

What is GIFF Weekend?
GIFF Weekend is your chance to watch the entire reel of the 16 finalist films from the 2016 Geocaching International Film Festival. On the weekend of November 3-7 only, geocachers will host geocaching events at which these films will be shown publicly for the first time. So pop your popcorn, get out your coziest blankets, and get ready—it’s a global geocaching movie night!
We would like to invite everyone out for a Geocaching movie night! The event will run from 6pm-9pm and will take place at the Church of the Nativity in the downstairs dining room. We will play the movie up on the big screen and there will be plenty of room for people to sit. We are doing something a little different this year: by popular demand we are having a pot luck feast before the movie. Please let us know what you are bringing. Dinner will start right at 6pm. If you want to just come for the movie thats ok too. The movie will start around 7:30-ish so plan to be there before then. We will have popcorn and maybe some other snacks, but feel free to bring any movie treats you want to enjoy the films. There is plenty of parking available at the church. Just park in the lot, enter through the back door, and head down the stairs to the dining room. This is a family friendly event so feel free to bring the kids.
