Geocache Description:

A simple 2 stage multi cache.

Tucked in an alley round the back of the now disused Aldwych Tube station is one of the National Trust's lesser known attractions: a "Roman" bath (that most likely really dates from Tudor times).

Please note, the alley is closed on weekends.

Drawing of the Roman Baths on Strand Lane by John Wykeham Archer, 1841

It's hidden in a basement, but you can peer at it through a window - and tours are available. The alley alone is worth the visit if skanky industrial gothic's your thing.

Use the sign outside the bath to solve the puzzle below and find the cache nearby.

The puzzle:

In 18AB it was bought by a draper
In 19CD it was bought by a rector

The cache is at:
 N51 30.(A-B)AB, W 000 06.A(C+D)0

The finders:

FTF goes to KROP
STF goes to SpeedyGC
